The 26 kilogram 600 x 250 x 320 mm steel mild steel box remains Trackbox powder coated black with convenient carry handles. Also made of mild steel, the lockable easy access drawers have aluminium handles and open and close smooth on 35 mm ball-bearing sliders. The top tray doubles as a storage space for all your specialised and frequently used tools and equipment, all of it properly organised and close at hand.

Each drawer features a specific EVA foam insert packed with every tool and accessory the racer or race engineer could dream of. Spanners include chrome vanadium steel sets of combination spanners, half, 3/8, quarter inch and spark plug sockets. There’s a reversible ratchet and a mechanical torque wrench, all the requisite T and extension bars and adaptors, all the bits and a hex key set.

Add a full set of screwdrivers, water pump, box joint, circlip, locking and regular pliers, machinist and mallet hammers, a wire brush and a steel file, a utility knife and blades, and a telescopic magnetic pickup and a torch. More focused Tork Craft Trackbox 2.0 tools include a tape measure, mechanical vernier and a pencil tyre pressure gauge complete with Schrader valve key.
